EnglishYour privacy is critically important to us. At dialup, we have a few fundamental principles: we don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it, and we don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

When you use dialup, we collect information you provide directly to us (such as your email address when you create an account) and usage data (such as call logs, call duration, timestamps, and destination numbers). We do NOT record the content of your calls.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process your transactions, trace technical issues, and communicate with you about your account. Call metadata is essential for billing your credits correctly.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with third-party vendors (like payment processors specifically Stripe) who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the service may not function properly without them.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we will authenticate your identity and access your basic profile information (name and email) to create your account. We do not access your Google contacts unless you explicitly grant permission to sync them for easier calling.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your account settings within the app or contact us to request data deletion.
