dialup is for personal use only. Spam calls, harassment, and fraudulent activities are prohibited.

We never record calls. We store only essential call metadata for billing and service improvements.
Thanks for choosing dialup for your international calling! 📞 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of our websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
1. Service Description
dialup provides international calling via VoIP. We use a prepaid credit system, and each call deducts credits based on the destination’s per-minute rate.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide a valid email address. You’re responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
3. Credits & Payments
Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Credits expire one (1) year after purchase. Please use them before they expire. If you have any questions or unusual circumstances, email us at support@dialup.live.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use dialup for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to make spam calls, harass others, or violate any local, national, or international laws. If we suspect unlawful or harmful activity, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
5. Privacy & Data
We don’t record your calls. We only store metadata like call duration, cost, and numbers called for billing and troubleshooting. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle and protect your information.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the UK. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK for resolving such matters.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll let you know via email or by posting a notification on our website. Your continued use of dialup after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Liability & Warranties
dialup is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
